Home Monologues Viewpoint

Standing in the middle of the rain, in a spot shrouded with thick fog on a cold Monday afternoon. There is nothing much you can do with photography. And the best that you could ever have is a shot worthy of a holiday album. In this trip, the keeper rate is its lowest. And seeing them terraces up close and personal is but a consolation.

At the third viewpoint on our way back to the town proper, I found myself toggling between the shutter and delete button for minutes. Until a hint of a much needed clearing started to manifest. There is still hope.

Indeed. The scene cleared up as desired. Lock and load I told myself. I waited a little as I only needed a subtle haze to come into the upper part of my frame, a bit of glow down below and my canvas is ready for another paint job.

Thanks for looking.
