When you learn that there is a place in your country that pretty much approximates like that of Venice Grand Canal in Italy, you know well that there will be quite a calling for some vanity shots. Venice Piazza Grand Canal Mall is a mall in Taguig City, Philippines inspired by Italy’s famous Grand Canal in Venice. Sure I can at least do a selfie like what majority of the visitors there do but we felt the need to execute some decent editorial.
It was a side trip to be honest. If it weren’t for our Korean visa release, I don’t know when we will be able to find time to experience such a place. Kind of funny though. The mall is just a 15 minute drive from where we live (traffic aside of course) but we just can’t seem to plan the visit. That or we’re just too lazy.
Going back, the visa release was scheduled to be anytime between 1:30pm – 4:30pm and what better way to kill our morning time than a stroll in a place such as this Venice Italy wannabe and like I said, do some vanity. I opted to go casual with a bit of street style on this post by putting on a hat to top off the very basic white shirt + blue chinos + white sneakers combo and get that Italian blend.
Should anyone plan an OOTD shoot in this place, be sure to do it during the mall opening and…on a weekday. Unless you want selfie warriors as your backdrop, head over there on a weekend. That’s all for now folks. Ciao!
